    25 percent of reservation total secures trip dates

  • Email confirmation & initial instructions

Payment is non-refundable within 7 days of departure

  • Provide required documentation

    Driver licenses or any other required documentation

  • Balance payment

    Remaining balance payment processed 7 days before departure

  • Security deposit

    Security deposit hold pre-authorized (not charged) 48 hours before departure

  • Prepare

    Review tutorial videos and equipment list, and pack for your trip!

2pm-6pm, unless half-day early departure purchased

  • Orientation

    30-45 minutes

  • Rental Documents

    Record mileage, fuel, condition and sign documents

  • Confirm return ETA

    Vander confirms time and location by text

  • Clean up, Remove personal items

  • Fill fuel tank
