As far as you want! Vander bookings include 125 miles per day in the rental price. Mileage beyond the included amount costs 40 cents per additional mile.
For example, a Cascade Camper that is booked for five (5) nights, six (6) days would include 750 miles (6 days x 125 miles per night). If the customer returns with 850 total miles, an additional 100 miles will be purchased for $40.
Is insurance required?
Yes! Insurance coverage protects you and ensures peace of mind. Our partner, Outdoorsy Insurance Group, provides industry-leading RV rental insurance coverage. You can choose between 3 protection packages that provide varying levels of physical and liability coverage to suit your needs and budget. Daily premiums will vary depending on the vehicle and protection package chosen.
All drivers are required to complete a separate identity and verification process to secure insurance coverage. Learn more about the insurance policies at this link.
Can I use my own personal auto insurance?
No. Specialized RV rental insurance through Outdoorsy Insurance Group is required for all reservations. This coverage is required to ensure that everyone is protected from damage and liability claims, and can relax and enjoy the trip with peace of mind.
What is the Vander cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly due to circumstances beyond our control.
You may cancel the reservation with a full refund within 24 hours of the time of submitting the reservation deposit.
If you cancel a reservation more than 24 hours after making a reservation and more than 30 days before the departure date, the renter will receive a full refund (minus service fees).
Unused insurance and roadside assistance coverages will be refunded in full.
A reservation refund will not be issued for cancellations received within 7 days of the departure date. Unused insurance payments will be refunded.
No refunds will be issued for changes made on or after the date of departure.
No refunds will be issued for late pickups, early returns, no-shows, or weather.
Any reservation canceled by Vander, LLC will receive a full refund to the method of payment.
