My partner and I rented a van from Justin, and it was a fantastic experience. We went on a 10 day long road trip across 13 states and approximately 2000 miles. The whole process is designed with the goal of getting into the van and getting on the road as quickly as possible given the incredible amount of thought put into the van and the rental process. Justin met us at the Metro station, walked us through every single aspect of the van, explained how everything worked, and common solutions to any issues we might face. He also gave us a number of tips based on the places we were going. Given the thought put into the van, we were able to handle some torrential downpours in the Maine wilderness while staying dry and staying fed.
